Reservations short duration (stay < 3 nights) confirmed by you shall not be subject to payment of a final reservation in advance.

In contrast to the long-term stays (>= 3 nights), the following rules apply:

Payment for 'booking' of the 'reservation of principle' can be done by sending a check (payable to 'Mr and / or Mrs. Eric Limelette') to address a BVR (sent on request) or by bank transfer (banking details provided on request).

In return the 'reservation of principle' will be validated by 'booking' and confirmed by email upon receipt of payment.

Payment of the 'booking' is equivalent to 50% of the final order.

Otherwise the room will be delivered to the location within 2 weeks after the 'reservation of principle' and the 3 days before the start of the booking period. No exceptions will be granted.

In case of cancellation the 'booking' will not be refunded regardless of the reason for cancellation.

The balance will be charged according to the progress and stay at least until the end of it when returning the keys.
